A warming spiced breakfast sauce with a mild/medium kick of chilli. You've got the classic ingredients of a brown sauce....apples, onions, dates, tamarind, malt vinegar....but with a ton of spices and the addition of scotch bonnet chillies.
This is a gentle warmth, not a mad punch of heat, but over a year in tasting and development has made sure this is getting great reviews and feedback.
Perfect with a classic fry-up, with cheese on toast, sausage butties or even scrambled tofu.
