Hot, sour and fruity, really fresh tasting.
Tastes really good on grilled and BBQ things...chicken, pork burger, add it to a 'slaw...sunshine in a bottle.
I know there's another famous reggae themed hot sauce out there...but really...that's fucking Ace of Bass and this is a Lee Perry dub plate, to be honest.....
