Tomatoes, onion, roast garlic and tons of fresh chilli peppers.
Rated "Medium-Hot", it is a challenge for most palates. For the hardened chilli-head it is still no pushover.
A long lasting burn from the scotch bonnets, a sharp tang from the malt vinegar and a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup combine with the savoury flavours of onion, tomatoes and roast garlic to give a unique tasting hot sauce that is incredibly addictive.
Vegan and GF friendly it goes equally well on a bacon butty as some deep fried tofu.
GOES WITH: Pizza, fried breakfast, egg/omellette dishes. Can also be used as a marinade, dip or simply drink it from the bottle.

"I was a little unsure of this one at first taste but it grew on me very quickly and I found myself rather upset when the bottle was empty. This is now one of my favorite sauces and I'll be buying lots more. I'd personally say it's rather mild in heat, but packs a lot of amazing flavor. You won't be disappointed!"
