A mix of fresh UK grown super hot peppers, including the infamous Carolina Reaper, Bhut Jalokia, Brainstrain and 7 Pot, dried smoked Naga and some extra scotch bonnet too.
Pineapple, tomato and some vinegar to preserve it, this sauce is sharp, sweet, a touch of smoke and hot as hell.
Excellent on pizza, tacos and wherever a real kick is required.
100 bottles only, using fresh UK superhots (which come into season only between August and October each year) means that this will have to last you!
